By installing and using the Product Assembly app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
Description of service
Product Assembly provides assembly and kit management for Shopify stores. The app allows you to define product assemblies (kits or bundles of component products), build and disassemble assemblies with automatic inventory adjustments, and track operations through audit logs.
Subscription and billing
Product Assembly offers a free plan limited to 5 assemblies. For unlimited assemblies, the paid plan is $5.99 USD per month with a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify Admin.
Permitted use
You may use Product Assembly for its intended purpose of managing product assemblies within your Shopify store. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
Inventory operations
Product Assembly modifies inventory levels when building or disassembling products. You are responsible for verifying that inventory adjustments are correct. We recommend reviewing audit logs regularly and maintaining backups of your assembly configurations.
Data and privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Assembly data is stored as metaobjects in your Shopify store and is removed upon uninstallation.
Limitation of liability
Product Assembly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to inventory discrepancies, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
